Adecco Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has a crucial corporate responsibility as a comprehensive human resources service company to appropriately handle and protect "personal information." In order to remain a trustworthy company, all of our officers and employees will understand this "Basic Policy on Personal Information Protection" and will continue to make tireless efforts to protect personal information.
In all the various operations conducted by the FY2024 Supplementary Budget Subsidy Program for Manufacturing Equipment Investment Support for Regenerative, Cellular, and Gene Therapy (hereinafter referred to as the "Regenerative CDMO Subsidy Program Secretariat"), which is administered by our company, we will endeavor to protect personal information in accordance with this "Basic Policy on Personal Information Protection."
- We strongly recognize the importance of personal information and will acquire, use, and provide it only within the scope of our business objectives. Furthermore, when acquiring personal information, we will clarify the purpose and obtain the individual's consent. We will not handle personal information beyond what is necessary to achieve the stated purpose, and we will take measures to ensure this.

Regarding the handling of personal information
The Regenerative CDMO Subsidy Secretariat, in the FY2024 Supplementary Subsidy Program for Manufacturing Equipment Investment Support for Regenerative, Cellular, and Gene Therapy (hereinafter referred to as the "Subsidy Program"), will not use the collected information for purposes other than those listed below, nor will it provide it to third parties, except when prior consent has been obtained, when disclosure is requested based on laws and regulations, when it is necessary to respond to illegal activities such as unauthorized access or threats, or for other special reasons. However, statistically processed access information and user attribute information of this group of websites may be made public.
1. Information collected by the Recycled CDMO Subsidy Secretariat
- Information regarding registration and application for subsidy programs (corporate number, business name, business information, contact person information, contact details, business plan related to the subsidized program, information on regenerative medicine products, etc.)
- Inquiry information obtained for the smooth operation of the subsidy project (name, email address, inquiry details, etc.)

3. Acquisition of personal information through cookies, etc.
The subsidy program website (https://cdmo-hojo.jp/and subdomains of cdmo-hojo.jp) (hereinafter referred to as "this site") uses cookies, action keys, web bug tracking tools, and other similar tools to improve user convenience, deliver advertisements, and obtain statistical data. These tools may collect system information necessary for viewing pages, information to verify that the user is the same person, the user's browsing history (pages accessed, content viewed, etc.), device information, and location information.
4. Third party provision
We will not provide personal information entrusted to us to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

The CDMO Recycled Subsidy Secretariat has the right to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties, as well as disclosure of records of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") of personal information it has received.
